Welcome to Sudostorm, a mobile Sudoku game developed by Bulba Games. Before using the Sudostorm application, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Sudostorm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Sudostorm application.

1. Account Registration

1.1 In order to use Sudostorm, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Sudostorm. If you are under the age of 18, you affirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use Sudostorm.

2. Game Rules and Conduct

2.1 Sudostorm is a Sudoku puzzle game where players aim to complete number grids based on predefined rules. By playing Sudostorm, you agree to follow the game rules and guidelines provided within the application.

2.2 You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Sudostorm. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using any third-party software or tools.

2.3 Ilia Pavlovskii reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for any violation of the game rules or conduct described in this section.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Sudostorm may offer in-app purchases for virtual currency, power-ups, or additional game content. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the indicated price and any applicable taxes.

3.2 All purchases made within Sudostorm are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3.3 Ilia Pavlovskii reserves the right to modify, add, or remove in-app purchases and their associated prices at any time, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Sudostorm and all related content, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of Ilia Pavlovskii or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Sudostorm content without prior written consent from Ilia Pavlovskii.

4.2 By using Sudostorm, you grant Ilia Pavlovskii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute any user-generated content you submit within the application.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Sudostorm is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. Ilia Pavlovskii does not guarantee that Sudostorm will be error-free or uninterrupted, and disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of Sudostorm.

5.2 In no event shall Ilia Pavlovskii or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Sudostorm, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of reputation.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

6.1 Ilia Pavlovskii reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version within Sudostorm or on the Ilia Pavlovskii website.

6.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. By continuing to use Sudostorm after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.
